“This work is about time, how the world moves within it, how we perceive it … We use the water as the perfect example of time, water is constantly moving, changing. So we put in contrast still images of the sea (a living element), placed in a pool of water (water that is not moving). We decided to add new time to this frozen sea images, give them movement, slower time, showing the image until it disappears and like any moving water never comes back.”
